At this vulnerable time, families can make well-meant, but hasty decisions that result in unnecessary costs because they are unaware of all their options. The Funeral Consumers Alliance is the national consumer organization that monitors the funeral industry, keeping a close eye on industry trends and advocating for fair practices on the behalf of consumers.
