Common questions
Do I need a free audit before choosing a plan?
No. If you already know which plan you want, the Get Started form is all you need. I’ll still take a quick look at your site before we begin, so your plan starts on solid ground.
Compete or Grow: how do I choose?
Choose Compete if your main goal is being found: ranking in local search, showing up in AI answers, and keeping your Google Business Profile active. Choose Grow when people are already finding you and you want more of them to become customers, with quarterly strategy, conversion testing, and three blog posts a month instead of one.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have no contract: cancel with 30 days’ notice and no fee, and upgrade or downgrade anytime. Annual plans get two months free in exchange for a year’s commitment. Cancel within the first 30 days and I’ll refund everything except the first month at the monthly rate; after that, your plan runs through the end of the paid year. Not sure yet? Start monthly and switch to annual anytime.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Every plan includes managed WordPress hosting. If your site is hosted somewhere else today, moving it is part of getting started, and we’ll go over how that works when we talk.
What happens to my website if I leave?
It’s yours. Your site, content, and domain always belong to you. If you decide to leave, I’ll give you a complete backup and help move your site to its new host during your notice period, so nothing goes offline.
What if my site isn’t on WordPress?
My care plans are built around WordPress. If your site runs on Squarespace, Wix, or another platform, I’ll explain what moving it to WordPress would involve before you commit to anything.
